Essential Job Functions:

1. Bag groceries efficiently, ensuring contents are not damaged and bags are filled appropriately.
2. Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles.
3. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
4. Return merchandise to shelves and gather shopping carts.
5. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
6. Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
7. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
8. Inspect equipment and report repairs as needed.
9. Create a welcoming environment for customers and answer product questions.
10. Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
11. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
12. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
13. Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
14. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
15. Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
