Role: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

This position involves bagging groceries at checkout, striving to pack at least five items per bag while preventing damage. The associate will assist with removing merchandise from baskets, offer help with loading bags into cars, perform shelf conditioning, inform customers of specials, and return merchandise to shelves.

Additional responsibilities include gathering and returning shopping carts, cleaning spills and trash, maintaining store cleanliness, handling seasonal merchandise, conducting price checks, and adhering to safety and food safety regulations. The role requires understanding store layout, locating products, and supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. The associate must work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts calmly, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and seek assistance when needed. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
