Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout efficiently, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers with removing merchandise from baskets and loading bags into vehicles.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers about grocery specials.
• Restocking shelves and gathering carts for return.
• Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash collection, and general store and parking lot upkeep.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and understanding store layout for product location and price checks.
• Supporting safety programs, complying with safety procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Adhering to food safety regulations and practicing preventive equipment maintenance.
• Creating a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering product questions.
• Following all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts reasonably, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Following directions, seeking assistance when needed, and supporting minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
