Responsibilities include:

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts organized at the front end and retrieve stray carts from the parking lot.
• Help keep the work station and surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Assist in stocking milk and eggs, and help customers locate products.
• Support cashiers in checking out customers efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping store areas, and keeping bathrooms and parking lot litter-free.
• Assist in the parcel pick-up area and return misplaced items to proper locations.
• Collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Properly use the intercom system and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
