Responsibilities include:

• Providing efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Following proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhering to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Filling bag racks and unloading shopping carts for customers.
• Assisting in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and keeping the work station neat and clean.
• Assisting cashiers in checking out customers efficiently.
• Retrieving stray carts from the parking lot and assisting in stocking milk and eggs.
• Helping customers locate products and explaining the ValuCard program.
• Maintaining cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms and parking lot tidy.
• Working in parcel pick-up areas, replacing misplaced items, collecting trash, and using the intercom properly.
• Understanding shelf tags for price changes and stocking merchandise.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
