A premier immigration law firm in California seeks part-time Gig Attorneys to support clients at USCIS interviews and immigration court. The ideal candidates have 1-3 years of legal experience, with at least 1 year in immigration court. This is a flexible, appointment-based opportunity—not a full-time role—designed for professionals who want meaningful work that fits their schedule and location, without the traditional constraints of a permanent position.

What You’ll Do

• Appear on behalf of clients at Master Calendar Hearings
• Represent clients professionally and confidently in immigration court
• Accept assignments based on your availability and preferred locations
• Collaborate with our legal team as needed for case preparation

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of attorney experience
• Spanish speaking a plus but not required
• At least 1 year of immigration court experience preferred
• Active bar license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable appearing in court independently
• This role is a 1099 independent contractor position
• No guaranteed hours; work is assignment-based
• Attorneys maintain control over when and where they accept engagements
• This position does not include employee benefits or full-time expectations
