About The Role

Engagement: GIG / Contract / Appointment-Based

Lisinski Law Firm is expanding its Court Operations team and seeks licensed U.S. attorneys interested in immigration law who value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This role involves gig-based, appointment-driven court appearances supporting Individual Calendar Hearings.

This is not a full-time role. Assignments are scheduled in advance and designed for attorneys seeking flexible courtroom work without full case ownership or long-term employment commitments.

Your Key Contributions

• Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at hearings
• Appear in person at scheduled Individual Calendar Hearings
• Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status
• Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates
