Job summary

Quail West Foundation Inc in Naples, FL seeks a Court Sports Concierge to provide friendly member service and support tennis and pickleball programs and Court Sports operations.

This is a full-time hourly role with a pay rate of $21 per hour; responsibilities include reservations, lessons, shop transactions, and assisting with events and shop organization, plus playing and practice privileges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in front desk operations or guest services preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
• Assist with court reservations, lessons, and player check-ins.
• Process Pro Shop transactions and member charges.
• Assist with merchandise and maintain an organized Court Sports Shop.
• Support member communications and daily Court Sports operations.
• Assist with tennis and pickleball activities, events, and setup as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
• Assist with court reservations, lessons, and player check-ins.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma
• Prior experience in front desk operations, reception, or guest services within a hospitality or club setting
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Tennis and/or pickleball knowledge preferred, but not required
