Qualifications

• Professional supervision and case management for individuals involved in the court system.
• Experience with court procedures and documentation is a plus.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and interviews in a court context.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals under court-ordered supervision, monitoring compliance with probation requirements.
• Conduct pretrial interviews, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Perform drug and alcohol screenings and monitor treatment and community service requirements.
• Prepare case reports, maintain accurate records, and document compliance or violations.
• Communicate with court personnel, prepare court documents, and testify in court as needed.
• Connect individuals with appropriate treatment programs and community resources.
• Assist with training and mentoring new Court Services Officers.
