Qualifications

• Must be sworn law enforcement officer.
• Ability to testify in court when required.
• Ability to maintain order and decorum in the facility.
• Ability to communicate effectively under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provides security for visitors and staff in the Legal Services Facility.
• Maintains order and decorum within the facility.
• Maintains vigilance for any unusual occurrences that affect welfare.
• Records and maintains primary records of activities within the facility.
• Assists at court as requested.
• Detects and detains criminals within area of responsibility.
• Responds to requests for assistance from staff and public.
• Keeps and restores peace.
• Prevents injury or damage to property and controls crowds.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Performs other related duties as required.
