  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and program evaluation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and knowledge of Washington State court system.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Center for Court Research and supervise staff.
  • Lead research project delivery to support the state's court system with data-informed improvements.
  • Plan programs, develop policies, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
