  • Forecast revenues and advise on resource needs and reductions.
  • Research and apply for federal/state/private grants; develop statewide strategies.
  • Coordinate grants with divisions, courts, and funding entities; ensure compliance.
  • Review contracts for completeness and monitor funded activities.
