The 16th Judicial Circuit of Missouri seeks a Certified Court Reporter to provide accurate verbatim transcripts of court proceedings. You will maintain electronic storage and manage exhibits, delivering transcripts upon request and ensuring compliance with court procedures.

Salary: $72,515.50 annually
Basic Function and Responsibility: Highly responsible work in verbatim reporting of judicial proceedings at high rates of speed and preparing verbatim transcripts as required. Must prepare a complete and accurate report of proceedings and maintain electronic backup storage of such proceedings. Must keep all exhibits in possession until otherwise requested by the court, includes other administrative duties as assigned by the judge or designee. All work performed in accordance with procedures established by the district judges and clerk of court and is reviewed upon completion for accuracy and content.
Must be a Certified Court Reporter (CCR) as provided by Rule 14 of the Missouri State Supreme Court Rules.
