The Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Court Program Specialist II (OPS) to support judges with case management, monitoring, and program implementation. The role handles high-volume cases, performs research, reviews filings, and supports hearings preparation and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and computer skills, be able to work independently, and proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Three years of professional, administrative, analytical related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist judges and magistrates with timely disposition of cases through case management and monitoring.
• Prepare cases for hearings, brief judges, and schedule hearings.
• Collect and report on case data and maintain databases.
• Provide information to litigants and court staff and perform related administrative tasks.
