Qualifications

• Knowledge of court-ordered rehabilitation programs and treatment options.
• Familiarity with NM law, civil and criminal procedure and local court rules.
• Experience with case management systems and legal terminology.
• Understanding of drug screening and electronic monitoring protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on defendants, assess needs, and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor compliance with court programs and document progress.
• Perform field visits to homes, worksites, and other locations as needed.
• Prepare written and oral reports on program compliance and recommendations.
• Maintain current case files and document interactions in the case management system.
• Participate in conferences, training, and community outreach related to court programs.
• Provide input during court proceedings and meetings with staff and providers.
