Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced training and process-improvement professional to deliver specialized training to judicial officers and staff, support statewide technology rollouts, and document workflows for efficiency. The role requires collaboration with judicial personnel, strong training design, and hands-on system implementation experience.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, leading sessions, and producing actionable reports to improve data quality and processing speed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields.
• Minimum four years of experience in trial court, training, business analysis, technology support, or related environment.
• Experience supporting judicial chambers and collaborating with judicial officers on operations and technology.
• Experience developing and delivering training on systems and processes using varied instructional methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized training and operational support to judicial officers and staff on court technology and processes.
• Coordinate local rollouts of statewide technology and manage district-specific system implementations.
• Document workflows by observation and interviews to inform improvements.
• Analyze workflows and present recommendations to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Design materials and job aids for new or evolving systems.
• Deliver in-person and online training across court functions.
• Run system reports and assist management in identifying trends.
• Facilitate meetings and train other staff to serve as trainers.
• Participate in statewide committees and initiative teams.
• Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with IT during design/development.
