Job summary

The Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) is hiring a Court Operations Associate in Heppner, Oregon. You will support multiple courtrooms, coordinate court cases, receive and process documents, and maintain calendars and databases. The role requires strong customer service and attention to detail, with the potential developmental underfill pathway.

You will work a full-time schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of experience in a moderately complex office setting.
• Experience handling financial, administrative, or legal documents preferred.
