The State of New Hampshire, Judicial Branch, 9th Circuit Court, has a Full-Time vacancy for Court Operations Specialist. This position is assigned to a 9 step pay scale. Hiring typically occurs within steps 1-5, depending on education and experience.
The Court Operations Specialist performs a variety of administrative, clerical, and customer service duties that support the efficient operation of the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with confidential information while assisting court users, attorneys, judges, and court staff. Employees learn court procedures, case processing requirements, and applicable court rules while working under the supervision of the Clerk of Court or designee.
The preferred candidate is organized, dependable, customer-service oriented, and interested in supporting the administration of justice. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the court system and develop a career within the New Hampshire Judicial Branch.
