Responsibilities

• Assist judge with general management and operation of session and provide continuity on case management.
• Calendar and regulate movement of cases according to time standards and tracking orders.
• Maintain docket records and schedules on automated case management systems.
• Schedule hearings, conferences, and trials and notify counsel and others.
• Record minutes of orders, judgments, or directions of the court.
