The New York State Unified Court System is seeking an Assistant Deputy Chief Clerk (JG: 28 Citywide) to oversee court operations across the New York City Civil, Criminal, and Family Courts, including centralized citywide operations. This exempt, confidential role manages case processing, budget and payroll, and supervises clerical and professional staff.

The incumbent acts in the Deputy Chief Clerk V's absence, coordinates with judges and agencies, and handles receipt and disbursement of fines

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of work experience involving managerial responsibilities such as human resource administration, budget preparation, and review of documents for compliance with policies, rules, and procedures; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in supervising clerical and professional court personnel.
• Monitoring the operations of trial parts to ensure efficient use of resources and represent the court in discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Consult with judges and court administrators to develop and implement court policies, programs, and uniform procedures.
