The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Chief Clerk VII for the Queens County Supreme Court – Civil Term. This executive-level role oversees case processing, budgets, payroll, and personnel relations within a confidential, highest-ranking nonjudicial team.

Under the Administrative Judge, you will manage court operations, supervise nonjudicial staff, coordinate with agencies, and ensure proper handling of fines, fees, and funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Six (6) years of work experience involving court operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case processing, budget and payroll preparation.
• Manage nonjudicial personnel and coordinate with non-court agencies.
• Administrative duties including receipt, accounting, and disbursement of fines, fees, and funds.
