Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (criminal justice, public administration or business administration) with 6+ years of relevant work experience;
• Law degree and Massachusetts admission to the practice of law with 2+ years of relevant work experience;
• 5+ years probate and/or family law experience preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist First Justice, Associate Justices, and Judicial Case Manager in legal and administrative duties.
• Manage case calendars, conduct case management conferences, and mediation sessions as assigned.
• Utilize MassCourt case management system and prepare statistics/reports.
• Assist with preparation of case management papers and data entry.
• Provide legal information to attorneys and self-represented litigants.
