Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Behavioral Science or Juris Doctor from an accredited school of Law.
• Arizona residency and driver's license requirements noted in the posting.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card within 90 days of hire; 40-hour mediation training and DV/child abuse training within one year.

Responsibilities

• Conducts court-ordered family evaluations and prepares written recommendations to the court.
• Facilitates mediation in various family law contexts and prepares legal documents on parenting plans and financial issues.
• Performs court-ordered EDCM conferences and on-call services for rapid assessment.
• Provides legal information and document review for self-represented litigants.
• Interviews and counsels minors and estranged couples; submits reports to DCS as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and interacts with multiple stakeholders to uphold the child's best interests.
