The Supreme Court of Ohio Fellowship in Administrative Support offers an immersive, hands-on development experience within a critical business function in Columbus. Fellows are embedded across offices and engage in high-impact projects, research initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations that align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to office and Court-wide initiatives aligned with strategic goals and organizational priorities.
• Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects and operational improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, presentations, recommendations, and other deliverables for leadership review.
• Support change management, innovation, and continuous improvement efforts within the assigned functional area.
