Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes and administers the Indiana Risk Assessment System.
• Maintains communication with clients, legal representatives, treatment providers and others.
• Reviews documents pertaining to legal and social history of clients.
• Completes court paperwork and correspondence as required.
• Testifies in court and makes appropriate recommendations.
• Conducts client interviews to inform them of supervision requirements.
• Conducts field visits per department standards.
• Collaborates with counselors, treatment and public services agencies as needed.
• Adheres to Marion Superior Court policies and procedures.
• Serves in other duties as directed by the Chief Probation Officer.
