Job summary

Pierce County District Court is seeking a Court Case Coordinator to support Community, Veterans, Mental Health, and other Treatment Courts through effective case management, coordination, and data-related work. This role helps address the risks and needs of justice-involved individuals with equity and public service at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field (court administration, criminology, criminal justice, pre-law, business administration)
• Two years in an administrative role with systems analysis and/or court operations
• Background check clearance required; not a sponsor for visa at this time

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for the court program.
• Maintain and monitor statistics, outcomes, and performance measures as set forth by the court.
• Make public presentations regarding the specific court division.
• Research and recommend procedural requirements and coordinate policy changes.
• Assist in developing protocols and local rules.
• Monitor contract delivery of services.
• Monitor similar court programs to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
