Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Web/Multimedia Programmer to develop training programs and courseware using ISD processes. You will create interactive graphics, multimedia elements, and web-based content for aviation training, collaborating with SMEs to ensure accuracy and instructional soundness.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in instructional design and at least five years of related experience, with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and the ability to work under tight timelines. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in instructional analysis, design, development, delivery, technical writing, or systematic curriculum development.
• U.S. citizenship required for DoD contract work.

Responsibilities

• Develop course materials including instructional methods, objectives, scenarios, case studies, and assessment tools.
• Coordinate ISD tasks and training material development with management.
• Ensure ISD requirements meet customer specifications and maintain traceability of updates.
• Mentor team members on courseware design standards and multimedia development practices.
• Support proposal activities and ensure compliance across curricula.
