Pay Range: $19.37 - $28.07

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Updates, maintains, and troubleshoots course content by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders or in response to program feedback.
• Meets service level agreements and ticket processing goals.
• Provides effective and friendly customer support to students, staff, and faculty in a timely manner.
• Maintains integrity and confidentiality of proprietary information and student confidentiality in accordance with FERPA.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of related experience
• Basic knowledge of processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior data entry experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
