Pay Range: $75,200.00 - $112,700.00

Location

This position will be based onsite in our Salt Lake City, UT office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversees the administration and maintenance of software solutions critical to the university's operations.
• Manages the integration of various systems and platforms to ensure interoperability and data consistency.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to identify, evaluate, and implement educational technologies that enhance the learning experience.
• Implements and enforces security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive plans to mitigate the impact of disasters and ensure business continuity.
• Provides technical support to users and conducts training sessions to promote efficient use of technology resources.
• Liaises with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Evaluates proposed integrations for feasibility, compatibility, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitors system performance, identifies bottlenecks, and implements optimizations to enhance efficiency.
• Develops and updates policies, procedures, and documentation related to technology usage and administration.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with academic departments, faculty members, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop and deliver high‑quality educational programs.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform program development decisions, assess program efficacy, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to articulate program objectives, outcomes, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 2 years of experience as an LMS Administrator, with a strong emphasis on developing and refining systems, programs, and processes to support organizational goals.
• Experience in system administration, particularly in cloud‑based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and student information systems (SIS) in a higher education environment.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business‑related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
