Marion Eye Centers is seeking a reliable Courier to transport medical documents, supplies, and equipment between our offices. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, timely communication, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.

The Courier will operate a company vehicle, maintain delivery logs, and ensure timely deliveries while following HIPAA policies. Regular routes start in Marion, with a schedule that supports efficient, accurate service for our patients and partners.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills; courier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport mail, packages, and medical supplies between Marion Eye Center locations.
• Deliver and pick up items from laboratories, surgery centers, and vendor partners.
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep company vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working order.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality policies at all times.
• Communicate delays or issues to management promptly.
• Assist with light office or maintenance tasks as assigned.

The Courier plays an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly by transporting medical documents, supplies, and equipment between our offices and partner locations. This position requires strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport mail, packages, and medical supplies between Marion Eye Center locations.
• Deliver and pick up items from laboratories, surgery centers, and vendor partners.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in good working order.
• Follow HIPAA and company confidentiality policies at all times.
• Communicate any delays, route changes, or issues to management promptly.
• Assist with light office or maintenance tasks as assigned.

Schedule

Monday–Friday. Routes begin at 5:00 p.m. and typically take 6–7 hours to complete.
