Job Duties

• Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
• Support all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Provide related customer service functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate area knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.
• Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and courier skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Job Conditions

• Neat appearance required due to customer contact.
• Must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations and pass a medical exam.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

Courier Swing DOT Full Time, Monday - Saturday, Variable Shifts (AM/PM).

Pay

$22.43 per hour.
