Job Duties

1. Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages efficiently and courteously.
2. Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
3. Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
4. Perform related customer service functions.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of the service area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or maneuver packages over 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good communication and human relations skills. Knowledge of the station's service area is preferred. Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and courier skills.

Job Conditions

Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet qualifications per federal motor carrier safety regulations, including medical exams per FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record as per state requirements and company policies. Ability to work alertly and safely in a constant state of alertness.

Pay Transparency

This range ($24.57 - $38.16) is an estimate for all locations. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional compensation, benefits, and bonuses.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
