St. Croix Health is seeking a Courier to join our team in St. Croix Falls, WI.

This position provides pick-up and delivery services for a variety of items across multiple locations, with typical hours: Monday 8:30am-1:00pm, Tuesday 1:30pm-5:30pm and Wednesday 1:30pm-5:30pm. Responsibilities include transporting items safely, maintaining logs, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring timely deliveries. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

St. Croix Health is looking for a Courier to join our team! Hours are typically Monday 8:30am-1:00pm, Tuesday 1:30pm-5:30pm and Wednesday 1:30pm-5:30pm.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing pick-up and delivery service for a variety of items at various locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Transport items safely to and from a variety of locations within allotted timeframe.

• Ensure proper care of items handled during transport
• Follow proper safety, environmental and infection controls methods
• Load, transport, and deliver items in a timely manner
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record

Maintains appropriate logs and records.

• Prepare reports or other documents relating to deliveries and/or use of SCRMC company vehicle
• Adhere to appropriate requirements when operating SCRMC company vehicle

Provide excellent customer service.

• Ensure deliveries are complete and accurate
• Maintain a polite demeanor and ensure positive interactions with all employees and customers
