Pace® Labs is seeking a reliable Courier to join our team. You will safely transport environmental samples, documents, and materials supporting laboratory operations. No laboratory experience is required, and the role offers flexible hours including Saturday shifts.

The position is ideal for students, recent grads, retirees, or anyone seeking supplemental income, with on-call weekday hours and Saturday availability starting early morning.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer focused work environment aligned with Pace® values

What You’ll Bring

• Previous driving, delivery, customer service, warehouse, retail, logistics, or transportation experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related role is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately.
• Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others.
• Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle equipped with GPS/telematics tracking and inward- and outward-facing safety cameras (no audio recording).
