Job summary

Pace is seeking a reliable Courier to join our team in New Jersey. You will safely transport environmental samples and materials, supporting laboratory operations with a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer focused work environment aligned with Pace® values

What You’ll Bring

• Previous driving, delivery, customer service, warehouse, retail, logistics, or transportation experience is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related role is preferred but not required
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols
• Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately
• Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others
