Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a part-time driver/operator for courteous delivery and pickup of packages. You will check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards, provide related customer service, and operate vehicles not regulated by FMCSA rules in a safe, professional manner.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to read and speak English, and a valid license. Work hours are Mon-Fri 9am-1pm on-site in Kentucky; a neat appearance and alertness are expected to

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
