Job summary

PEAK Pacific Construction, LLC is seeking a dedicated Courier / Kitchen Assistant in Guam to handle document delivery, package pickups, and basic kitchen support. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards across both courier and kitchen tasks.

The role requires a valid Guam driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and reliability. The schedule runs Monday–Friday afternoons and Saturdays, with potential variation for project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Guam Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up documents, packages, supplies, food, and other company materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to housing facilities, clients, vendors, government agencies, and other locations.
• Obtain signatures and proof of delivery when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
• Monitor and report vehicle maintenance issues and ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good condition.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
• Perform other related errands and tasks as assigned.
• Assist with basic food deliveries, preparation and meal service.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, dining areas, and food preparation surfaces.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and inventory.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Dispose of garbage and maintain cleanliness of kitchen facilities.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
