Job summary

Dealer Services Network in Lafayette, LA is seeking a courier to join our team to ensure accurate processing of title documents and compliance with OMV & State laws. A company car will be provided during work hours to pick up and drop off title work within the region.

The role requires strong research skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work with dealership partners regionally. Must pass fingerprint and background checks and hold a valid LA driver's license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all documents are protected and private and follow the DPPA.
• Secure and store inventory while driving to and from dealerships and back to home office.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OMV policies to assist in title Q&A's at dealerships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to title processing.
• Organize and maintain files related to title transactions for easy access and reference.

Location: Lafayette, LA

Pay Type: Hourly

Employee Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday availability required between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Job Summary

We are seeking a courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing of title documents and maintaining compliance with OMV & State laws regarding movables. A company car will be provided during work hours to pick up and drop off title work within the region. This position requires strong research skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with our car dealership partners in the region.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inventory is properly secured and stored while driving to and from dealerships and back to home office.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OMV policies and procedures to assist in title Q&A's at dealerships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to title processing.
• Organize and maintain files related to title transactions for easy access and reference.
• Experience
• Previous experience in title processing or an office setting is preferred.
• Strong research skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with OMV title work is advantageous.
• Work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
• Valid LA driver's license and clean driving record
