Job summary

Dealer Services Network in Louisiana seeks a courier to join our team. The role covers processing title documents, complying with OMV and state laws, and supporting our dealership partners in the region.

A company car is provided during work hours to pick up and drop off title work. The position requires research skills, excellent service, a valid LA driver's license, and the ability to pass fingerprint and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in title processing or an office setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with OMV title work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all documents are protected and private and follow the DPPA.
• Ensure inventory is secured while driving to and from dealerships and back to home office.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OMV policies to assist in title Q&A's at dealerships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to title processing.
• Organize and maintain files related to title transactions for easy access and reference.

Courier –Louisiana

Location: Bossier, LA

Pay Type: Hourly

Employee Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday availability required between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Job Summary

We are seeking a courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing of title documents and maintaining compliance with OMV & State laws regarding movables. A company car will be provided during work hours to pick up and drop off title work within the region. This position requires strong research skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with our car dealership partners in the region.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Experience

• Strong research skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with OMV title work is advantageous.
• Work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
• Valid LA driver's license and clean driving record
