Job Duties

1. Driver / operator of company vehicles.
2. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages.
3. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

Shift Details:

• Monday through Saturday with a day off to be determined.
• Monday to Friday hours: 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
• Saturday hours: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Minimum Education:

High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance, as customer contact is required.
• Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• Non-covered safety-sensitive position.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Consistently lift 50 pounds.
• High School / GED Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License for at least the past three years.
• Must successfully complete a Federal drug screen and background check.

Pay Transparency: Starting Pay: $20.22

Additional Details:

• Part-time Courier, Mon-Sat, day off TBD.
• Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
