Security First Bank is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Courier to support our Teller Express service. You will transport bank materials, cash-related items, documents, and correspondence between locations, providing professional service to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet bondability requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn banking products, services, and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately transport cash, monetary items, mail, documents, and internal correspondence between designated locations.
• Coordinate with branch personnel to support cash management and operational needs.
• Provide professional service and support to customers and associates.
• Assist customers by providing information regarding bank products, services, and procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance of bank-owned vehicles.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and expand banking services.
• Perform additional duties, as assigned.
