Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH, is seeking a dedicated Courier to transport mail, linens, Pharmacy medications, and other materials across SOMC facilities. Under supervision of the Transportation Manager, you will handle delivery routes, maintain logs, and ensure timely, safe transportation.
The role requires a High School diploma, a valid BMVL license, and BLS/AED training within 90 days. Driving experience preferred; competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Works under the supervision of Manager of Transportation. The Courier's primary job function is to transport mail, materials, linen, and Pharmacy medications throughout all facilities of SOMC and other locations as designated including patient addresses. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
• High School Diploma or successful completion of an equivalent High School Exam Required
Licensure:
• BMVL required (Must maintain eligibility to drive as determined by SOMC insurance carriers)
•BLS/AED training course within 90 days of hire required
Experience:
• Previous experience in driving delivery vehicles preferred.
