What You Need To Know

We seek a compassionate, customer-focused individual to operate a vehicle for pick-up, delivery, and proper storage of blood products and lightweight materials, following an assigned route or on an as-needed basis. You will also support blood services with transport and loading duties.

As a team member, you are expected to show up for every shift, interact positively with customers, and demonstrate care and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate vehicle safely and in accordance with traffic laws.
  • Verify orders, load vehicles, and maintain inventory for prompt delivery.
  • Document transportation of blood and materials per regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and positive interactions.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and check fluid and gas levels.
  • Support shipping and receiving as directed.

The responsibilities listed are general and not exhaustive.

Schedule & Compensation

Standard Schedule: Monday and Friday (6pm-3am), Saturday and Sunday (3pm-11pm)

Pay: $16.00/hour plus shift differential

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required.
  • Previous experience in courier or trucking preferred.
  • Ability to drive for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with courier or trucking companies is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to handle objects weighing 10-50 lbs, push carts up to 100 lbs, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed. Vision and temperature tolerances are required.
