Job Title: Courier/Runner for Real Estate Team

We are a fast-growing real estate team seeking a reliable courier/runner to support our operations. Your primary duties will include installing and removing lock boxes and signs (such as directionals and open house signs), assisting with advertising open houses, and running errands.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and remove lock boxes and signs at various properties.
2. Maintain accurate inventory of signs and lock boxes.
3. Run errands and perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reside within 10 miles of Laurel, MD.
• Flexible availability, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Organized, with high integrity and a self-starting attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, intuitive, and a team player.

Compensation:

$1.30 per mile driven.
