Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Project Design Engineer – Coupling Technology to join Corporate Engineering in Easton, PA. You will own the development of coupling products from concept through market release and lead cross-functional teams to bring ideas to production.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to align concepts with customer needs, cost targets, and manufacturing capabilities while traveling monthly to sites and vendors to support projects.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of product development or related engineering experience.
• Strong design, modeling, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-departmental teams through design, testing, and production.
• Develop and maintain Victaulic coupling products from concept to release.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Application Engineering.
