Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8-13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

Initial duties include overseeing daily routines, supervising students, and planning activities, with transition to a placed houseparent role over time.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth.
• Two-spouse role: married for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
