Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving, planning activities, daily devotions, chapel attendance, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
