Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person, married-couple role. The couple will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

The position involves supervising daily routines, coordinating schedules, driving students to activities, leading devotions, and collaborating with staff on budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
