Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples. You will reside in on-campus student homes and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing guidance, supervision, and support to help them thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, transporting students, planning activities, leading devotions, and managing household budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
