Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this life-changing role, you live in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include supervising, planning routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, and managing household reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role with a minimum of two years of marriage.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
